Responsibilities
- General Office administration tasks
- Provide secretarial assistance to the management
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of services at all times
- Invoice issuance and review
- Greeting clients
Requirements
- First and foremost, we seek a positive, polite, and eager-to-work personality
- Diploma / Certificate in Secretarial /Administration Studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English Language, both verbal and written (any other language will be considered an advantage)
- Computer literacy with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Organising and multi-task skills
- Basic Accounting knowledge will be considered an advantage
